The Road to Aberdeen Lip Dub Competition
Does your team have a favorite pump up song that really gets you going?
Is there a song that your team knows every word to?
Are you looking forward to having a great time and playing baseball on your Road to Aberdeen?
Then you are the perfect contestant for The Road to Aberdeen Lip Dub Competition. The Cal Ripken World Series is the culminating event for the 12u Major/70 Cal Ripken Division of the Babe Ruth League. We are holding a competition for teams to make a music video of their team “Lip Dubbing” to their favorite song while telling a story about their Road to Aberdeen. We want to see a video that shows your team having a great time playing baseball, being together, and that shows that your team has the energy it takes to play in the Cal Ripken World Series.
What to do:
Make a video of your team Lip Dubbing to your favorite song. Once you have it, upload your video to the Cal Ripken World Series’ Facebook page and share it with all of your friends. You will have up to August 10th , the start of the World Series, to submit your video. One winning team will be selected to receive high performance Marucci bats for the entire team!
The Rules:
- Eligibility: Any team competing in the 12u Major/10 Cal Ripken Division of the Babe Ruth League
- Must be approved by Coaches and Parents
- Must involve the slogan” Road to Aberdeen
- Can use players, coaches, parents, and anyone else who was involved in your Road to Aberdeen
- No foul language in song
- Any inappropriate videos will be taken down immediately
- Most have all BE CREATIVE and HAVE FUN!
